Most attorneys will submit their own clients to the exam, while others will use the polygraph to verify statements made by witnesses and other parties to litigation. Now known as Psychophysiological Detection of Deception (PDD), an experienced examiner can provide evidence in connection with any type of criminal or civil matter. Our examiners have a great deal of experience working with attorneys, both in private and government practice, and have aided our clients in preparing defenses that would otherwise have been unavailable to them.
D. Gambles and Associates Provides Testing for a litany of relationships issues. Most common are questions of infidelity. Each testing session is formulated for the client for best results.
All D. Gambles & Associates Polygraph Examiners are Post Conviction Sex offender (PSCOT) trained by the American Polygraph Association. We Utilize years of experience to administer Sex-offender testing for a wide variety of Federal and state organizations. We provide the following test types specific to PSCOT:

D. Gambles & Associates is here to uphold the spirit of competition. We provide testing in competitions where participants may use deception or cheat to acquire a prize. We do not provide short “deterrent” testing. Our testing is specific issue and will be administered to industry standards according to the American Polygraph Association.

Testing for Immigration / Asylum issues is a relatively new area of polygraph, but the number of requests for these exams has been steadily increasing. Immigration Courts often consider polygraph evidence while deciding the status of an individual or applicant.
