Dr. Molly Vogel

Prior to earning her MSW, Molly was the residential coordinator for Focus Behavioral Health Services’ juvenile sex offender program. In this role she collaborated with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, and polygraphers to provide high quality sex offense specific treatment to adolescent males in Western North Carolina. During and since her Master’s program, Molly has been providing individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment center to juvenile males who have sexually offended and their families. She is a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, social workers, counselors, nurses and other medical professionals.

The majority of Molly’s experience and training has been surrounding working with juvenile sex offenders and their families. Molly is a clinical member of ATSA. To supplement more traditional therapeutic approaches with this population, she has also been trained in Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the EAGALA model of equine therapy.
